These terms govern use of the Mc Noodle King Huddersfield website and online orders supplied by Yi ping Limited. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Yi ping Limited. “You” means the person using the website or placing the order.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you place an order for someone else, you confirm that you have authority to provide their details and agree to these terms on their behalf.
2. Orders and acceptance
The website lets you select items, review the total price and provide collection or delivery details before submitting an order. Please check the order carefully before payment.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order and issue confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance, including where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, or we cannot fulfil the requested time or location.
3. Food information and allergens
Menu descriptions and images are provided to help you choose. Ingredients, recipes, portion presentation and availability may change. Images are illustrative and the prepared item may look different.
Tell us about allergies or intolerances before ordering and speak directly with the restaurant if you need allergen information. Kitchens handle multiple allergens, so we cannot promise an allergen-free environment or exclude accidental cross-contact. Do not rely only on a menu title, image or previous order when making an allergy decision.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges are shown before you submit the order. The final checkout total controls if an earlier page displayed a different estimate.
Payment may be handled by a specialist payment provider. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will give you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund if payment has already been taken.
Coupons are subject to the eligibility, minimum spend, product, fulfilment and validity terms shown with the offer. Only one coupon can be used per order. Percentage and fixed discounts apply to eligible items unless the offer states otherwise; a buy-one-get-one offer discounts the cheapest eligible units. An unused coupon may be paused, ended or revoked. After a full refund, a coupon is returned only if its campaign remains active and it has not expired; a partial refund does not return it. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
5. Collection and delivery
Preparation, collection and delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur because of demand, traffic, weather, safety or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed where practicable.
For delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address and a working telephone number, and make sure someone is available to receive the order safely. If we cannot complete the delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and agree the next steps. Where delivery cannot be completed because the details provided were incorrect or no one was available, any redelivery or refund will be considered fairly in light of the circumstances and any costs already incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellation may not be possible after the kitchen has started preparing food or a courier has been assigned.
Freshly prepared and perishable food may not have the standard cooling-off right that applies to some other online purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. If food is missing, incorrect, unsafe, damaged or not of satisfactory quality, contact us promptly with the order details so we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.
If you have a concern about an order you placed or a related payment, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number. Contacting us directly is usually the quickest way for us to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, redelivery or refund. Where practical, please give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before starting a payment dispute. Nothing in this paragraph affects your statutory rights or any rights you may have with your card issuer.
7. Accounts and website use
You are responsible for keeping sign-in details and order access links secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

- Do not submit false, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful orders or content.
